Automatic Notification Service
Online Planroom users have the ability to receive an automated email notification of New Projects, Addenda or Documents received. Users can subscribe to the Automated Notification Service by clicking on the “Notification Setup” link located below “My Desk”. Users can subscribe to the updates they wish to receive, choose from new projects, addenda and/or new documents.
Once subscribed, the user will receive an email each night that includes the criteria they have selected, including the project name, bid date, location and exchange ID. Additionally, by clicking on the name of the project, the user will be hyper-linked to the OPR login screen and then proceed to the project of their choice.
To turn off the Notification Service simply go to the “Notification Setup” link and un-check the notification options, then click “Set Notifications”. You will no longer receive project notification emails.
