Q. How can I access other Online Planrooms?

A. There are 28 Planrooms in the OPR network. They are located throughout California, Nevada and Washington. To add a subscription to your OPR account, please contact your home Planroom.


Q. How do I un-subscribe to the Automatic Notification Service?

A. To turn off the Notification Service simply go to the Notification Setup link and un-check the notification options, then click “Set Notifications”. You will no longer receive project notification emails.


Q. In OST, what is the Client ID number for?

A. The Client ID number is used to authorize OST to its full version. There are two version the program can run in, view mode or full mode. View mode is the version that comes free with your access to the OPR. Full mode is the version that On Center software sells to those who wish to do in depth electronic takeoff. If you would like to demo the Full version of the software, please contact On Center Software at http://www.oncenter.com/contact/ or 866.627.6246

Unless you have purchased the program or have a Full mode trial Client ID number, please leave the Client ID blank when installing the software.


Q. Is OST Microsoft Vista Compatible?

A. Yes, the newest version of OST is Microsoft Vista compatible.


Q. I am using an older version of OST and recently installed Internet Explorer 7, why can’t load new projects?

A. A patch is needed to update older version of OST to work with IE7, to download the patch please click here http://gsbe.net/ie7/ and follow the instructions.


Q. When I click “Get Project Docs (OST)” OST starts to open, then closes. How do I fix this?

A. You will need to re-install the software, click “Install Software” on the left menu.
