Listed below are a few common Log In errors:
When logging into the Online Planroom, if a message is displayed that says, “Can't find username listed above”, the User Name is being entered incorrectly. The User Name and Password are both case sensitive.

When logging into the Online Planroom, if the user is returned to a blank Login Screen after entering their User Name and Password they must enable their cookies. To enable cookies in Internet Explorer click on "Tools" > "Internet Options" > "Privacy" and set the Internet Zone to Medium.
While online if the user is removed from the OPR and a message is displayed which says "You have just been logged off" someone else has logged in with that user name and password on another computer. The OPR does not allow for simultaneous logins. Contact the Planroom Administrator to change the password or to obtain additional usernames and passwords.
