Search - OPR Search Tools "Search" > "Project Info Search" will allow the user the ability to search by the criteria on the project grid. One can search active or archived projects by project Location, Name, Description, Bid Date, Date Received, Plan Number, OPR Number or Project Type.
"Search" > "Keyword Specs Search" will allow the user to search only the planroom(s) they have access to, or all planrooms specs by a single word, multiple words or phrase with the click of a button. Simply enter the search word(s), choose the search criteria and the planroom(s) you would like to search and click “Search”. The returned results will include a count of the total number of projects that included the searched word(s), the number of documents that include the searched word(s) as well as a list of the projects. You can choose to view details about the searched word in the project specs. Selecting “Report” will display a short synopsis of the search criteria location as well as an excerpt of the sentence(s) around it. Clicking on a specific section of the specs will download the selected section and highlight the searched word(s).
"Search" > "Daily Project Email" will allow the user to subscribe to daily emails notifying them of projects received that contain specific search word(s) or phrase(s). Simply enter up to 5 keyword search phrases to be used in the daily email and click "Save Settings".
